Dr. Borrowdale opened his practice in Folsom, California, in the fall of 1988 in the Raley’s Plaza on East Bidwell Street. He started the practice from scratch and worked two days in his own practice and then worked at three different offices to fill up the week. Within six months, Dr. Borrowdale was exclusively practicing at his own office.
